Leslie Shepherd has been the Chef for Loveridge Plantation in Miccosukee, Florida for the past 23 hunting seasons, November to March. She has successfully published two cookbooks, "Plantation Cooking at Loveridge" and "More Plantation Cooking at Loveridge," showcasing the recipes that she has created in the kitchen and presented on the tables at Loveridge. These are the same delicious recipes she uses on a daily basis, three meals a day for the four-month hunting season.
